F.A.Q.

  • How do I schedule lessons?

    • You can schedule a lesson by contacting us by phone or through email. You can find our information in the Keep In Touch section.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • We require 24 hours notice in advance when cancelling your lesson in order to be eligible for a make-up lesson.

  • Do I need to have my own helment and boots for the first lesson?

    • No, we do provide helmets and boots for up to the first three lessons. After that you must have  your own helmet and boots.

  • What are your payment options for lessons?

    • We offer two options. The first is to pay by the month for all the lessons in advance,which means you will need to keep track of how many lessons you will have each month when the event occurs that there are five lessons instead of four. The second option is to pay up front at the beginning of every lesson.

  • What if the instructor cancels the lesson?

    • If the instructor does cancel a lesson then a  make-up will be rescheduled at the convience of the rider.
